What Will Set You Up for Success:

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $130,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. About the Position

As a Senior Data Scientist at Murmuration, you’ll practice “full-stack” data science, shepherding problems from ideation to implementation. The Data Science team works on diverse datasets with hundreds of millions of records to analyze data, build pipelines, and derive insights to power Murmuration’s data and tools. A core part of this work is our predictive stack: we use the voter file and other supplemental datasets to build scores that predict individual behaviors and beliefs, such as likelihood to turn out to vote, support an issue, or volunteer on a campaign. The Senior Data Scientist is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package (detail below), open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

The starting salary for this position is $183,013. We set compensation using market data and apply it consistently across the organization to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone in similar roles.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer who will be instrumental in building the architecture that powers our leading-edge medical data processing system. Our CEO, Stephan Fabel, is the former Senior Director of DGX Cloud at NVIDIA. We have a real estate subsidiary, RELLIS DC Real Estate Co., executing a ground lease at the Texas A&M RELLIS campus in the College Station/Bryan area. We are entering complex enterprise, institutional, and government partnerships — and we need a sharp legal mind to help us build the function that supports it all.

The Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity. We don’t have a legal department — we’re building one, and you’ll be building it with us. As our first Internal Legal Counsel, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, not just a contract reviewer. You will sit at the table for the deals that matter — data center ground leases, AI platform enterprise agreements, TAMU and state entity partnerships, vendor relationships, and everything in between.

This role exists to help ThisWay Global navigate legal, compliance, and operational risk as the business scales across AI, HPC, software, infrastructure, and public-sector partnerships. You will own the legal function end-to-end: drafting, negotiating, advising, and evolving our legal infrastructure as the business scales. Success looks like practical legal guidance, strong risk visibility, scalable processes, and a business team that can move quickly with confidence.

This role is expected to evolve into a broader executive leadership function focused on enterprise risk, governance, compliance, and legal strategy. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team; participate in strategic planning, deal structuring, and business development conversations.

• Active Texas Bar License; must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.

• Texas Residency; must be based in Texas (role is remote-first, but Texas presence is required). Some travel to data center sites and university campuses is expected.

• 5–8 years of experience in a combination of law firm and/or in-house legal roles.

• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements independently, including enterprise SaaS agreements, services agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.

• Experience with ground leases, commercial leases, land acquisition, title review, easements, or comparable real estate transactions.

• Experience working with State of Texas agencies, higher education institutions, or regulated/public-sector environments, including university, public entity, or government contract frameworks.

The Fool.com team owns the public-facing experience that millions of readers, search engine crawlers, and prospective subscribers hit every day. Today, the team is strong on the client side: we have two excellent front-end engineers shipping interface work. We’re looking for an engineer who can own the server-side and infrastructure layer of the site alongside them.

About the Role

This is a full-stack role with a clear weighting toward the parts of the system that run before pixels reach the browser — API integrations, server-rendered routes, caching, observability, deployment, and the SEO-critical surface that determines how millions of crawler requests resolve. Much of fool.com is server side rendered.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain server-side features in our Next.js App Router codebase using TypeScript — route handlers, server components, server actions, streaming, ISR, and revalidation strategy.
• Design and harden integrations with the third-party APIs that power our content, market data, and subscription experiences. We care a lot about doing this well: timeouts, retries, circuit breakers, fallbacks, and graceful degradation when upstream services misbehave are first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
• Own caching strategy across Redis and Cloudflare, balancing freshness against performance, cost, and crawler behavior.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS using Docker, with first-class instrumentation in DataDog so we catch issues before our readers and crawlers do.
• Write meaningful end-to-end coverage with Microsoft Playwright for the flows that matter most.
• Optimize the site for the way it’s actually consumed by SEO crawlers: rendering strategy, structured data, sitemap generation, canonicalization, hreflang, robots directives, performance budgets, and crawl budget management.
• Partner with our front-end engineers on the seam between server and client, and collaborate with content, marketing, SEO, and platform teams across the company.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent on the server side of a production web application.
• Strong TypeScript and Next.js experience, including the App Router, server components, route handlers, ISR, and streaming.
• Demonstrated track record integrating third-party APIs in production, with clear opinions about how to do it safely. You’ve debugged a flaky upstream at 11pm and you have views about it.

Buscamos un Business Analyst con experiencia en migración de datos, integraciones de sistemas y documentación de transformaciones entre plataformas. La persona se integrará a un pod de desarrollo asignado a un cliente internacional del sector de Property Management basado en el Reino Unido.

El objetivo principal del rol es mapear y documentar de forma clara las transformaciones necesarias para adaptar la representación de entidades de un sistema de trust accounting a la representación equivalente en la plataforma del cliente. Esto requiere entender tanto la lógica de negocio como la arquitectura técnica de las integraciones existentes.

Este no es un rol de gestión de tickets ni de seguimiento de tareas. Responsabilidades Principales

• Analizar sistemas fuente y destino para entender modelos de datos, reglas de negocio y flujos de transformación entre plataformas.
• Documentar de forma estructurada los mapeos de entidades, campos, reglas de transformación y criterios de validación requeridos para las integraciones.
• Participar activamente en llamadas con el cliente (en inglés), levantar requerimientos, identificar ambigüedades y proponer soluciones.
• Comprender las integraciones existentes de la plataforma del cliente, incluyendo su lógica de negocio y aspecto técnico.
• Escribir user stories, criterios de aceptación y especificaciones técnicas claras que el equipo de desarrollo pueda implementar sin fricción.
• Identificar proactivamente edge cases, inconsistencias en datos y riesgos de entrega antes de que se conviertan en bloqueos.

Experiencia

• Experiencia documentando mapeos de datos entre sistemas con diferentes modelos de entidades.
• Historial comprobable de trabajo con equipos de desarrollo, traduciendo requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas ejecutables.
• Experiencia participando en llamadas con clientes de habla inglesa y trabajando en equipos distribuidos.

Habilidades Técnicas

• Conocimiento de SQL para análisis de datos (Nice to have), validación de transformaciones e identificación de edge cases.
• Familiaridad con APIs REST y/o integraciones middleware.
• Capacidad para leer y entender documentación técnica de APIs, esquemas de base de datos y flujos de integración.
• Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (JIRA, Linear, o similares).

Job Description

The Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) Account Executive (RACE) is responsible for growing SEAKR’s business at named accounts.  The following is a partial list of primary RACE activities:

• Growing SEAKR’s pipeline and converting that pipeline into bookings
• Mapping and documenting customer organizational structures at the enterprise, business unit, division, and program level
• Initiating, building, and documenting customer relationships across the enterprise; from individual contributors up to and including the VP/GM level
• Meeting face-to-face with customers, decision makers, and key influencers on a regular basis
• Solutioning and shaping new programs to “design-in” SEAKR capabilities at both the business and technical level
• Crafting and leading campaigns for targeted capabilities and programs
• Accurately documenting and updating opportunity metrics including value, P-Go, P-Win, PTW, Win Themes, and timing in a detailed forecast

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering, sales, negotiations, finance and growth, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.  This is a full-time exempt position, that will be “the face of the company.” Your work will be performed under limited supervision by executive management and is evaluated on results obtained.

Additional Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers to understand their current and future needs and promote alignment of our current and future capabilities to meet these needs.
• Formulate capture strategies and provide leadership in support of the capture teams.  Lead or provide support to the capture team in defining technical, strategic, and business insight for RFI, ROM, white paper, and proposal responses.
• Coordinate with executives to define and execute business development strategies to grow product segment market share and profitability, through market opportunity evaluation and segmentation, value proposition development, product positioning, pricing strategy, and communications strategy development.
• Contribute to and inform marketing execution which includes product & marketing literature, trade show presence, trade journals articles, white papers, press releases, presentations, and datasheets.
• The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Capture Management including contributing to technical volumes, developing program schedules, contributing to cost volumes, and pricing.
• Must be available to travel for business 25% - 50% of the time depending on location.
• This position can be remote/hybrid.

Qualifications

• An understanding of proposal processes and tools, including how to convey messages and discriminators, use of a common voice and past performance, and ensuring responses to evaluation criteria are clearly met.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Project, and proposal writing tools
• Experience writing, evaluating, and/or managing proposals

Additional Information

Compensation: Base salary range is $185,000-275,000, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
