About the Team:

SecurityScorecard runs an unusually fast product org — ~120 in Engineering, a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly, and a culture where the question isn’t “can we build it in two months” but “how do we do it in five days?” Product Operations is the operating system that lets that speed scale without flying blind.

We’re hiring a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end and run it as a three-pillar function: Data, Stories, and Process. This person inherits a mature, AI-native operation and is expected to push it further.

You’ll be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board reporting line. You break bottlenecks, you instrument everything, and you’re already prototyping the next AI workflow before anyone asks forit.

About the Role:

Data & Product Metrics (obsessively)

  • The metrics source of truth: Threshold Score (customer health → board + Gainsight), engineering delivery metrics (Span/DORA, throughput, AI-code ratio via Sigma), product engagement & NPS methodology (Pendo Listen), and Product P&L inputs with Finance.
  • The Customer Insights data layer on Snowflake — AI-extracted pain points, feature requests, and verbatim quotes piped from call transcripts — and the persona-matching model against our maturity frame work.
  • You should itch when a roadmap call happens without the data behind it.

Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO)

  • The full delivery cadence: roadmap intake, Jira (PRODF) administration, R/Y/G milestone tracking, the Change Control Board (CCB), release-train sign-off, OKRs, and planning for ~120 people.
  • The weekly executive reporting stack (Joint Tech & Product update, Q2 Roadmap Exec Report, Engineering Weekly) and the quarterly board-paper KPI inputs and you’ll formalize these so they don’t live in one person’shead.

AI for Product Ops (the urgent mandate)

  • Inherit and extend a working library of Claude skills that already run this operation — weekly reporting, CCB recaps, customer-meeting research,
  • Pendo-feedback-to-roadmap matching, hiring protocols, release-notes ROI framing wired across systems such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Snowflake, Slack, GDrive.
  • Become the org’s go-to for AI/agentic product-ops tooling (today an informal role across Product, CS, and Marketing) and turn ad-hoc magic into durable, documented capability. This is where we want urgency and excitement, not caution.

Cross-functional forums & GTM

  • Run the forums that keep the org aligned: Product Court (GTM Product roadmap triage), Bar Raisers (work-quality review), and the monthly product-org meeting.
  • Partner on pricing & packaging (Titan Secure/Assess), the annual Pricebook, vendor management (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory, Heap), and strategic customer/roadmap c alls.

Who you are

  • A brick-wall breaker. You see a blocker and go through it smart, allergic to “that’s how we’ve always done it.” We reward bias to action.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership — including building or scaling a Product Ops function in a fast B2B SaaS org (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Run delivery cadence across a multi-PM / multi-squad org; deep Jira fluency.
  • Hands-on use of AI/automation to change how product work gets done.
  • Fluent across the modern product stack: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake-backed BI, Span (or DORA tooling), Jira, Confluence.
  • NYC-based and comfortable in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture — you set the pace, you don’t wait for it.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

The Role

Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. The Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows is responsible for the tools that make up the operational backbone of camp. These are the capabilities camp directors and year-round staff rely on to plan, execute, and stay compliant through the season: sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, plus the reporting and analytics that tie the whole picture together.

As a Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows on our Product team, you will:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Campminder’s operations workflows - sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, as well as operations reporting and analytics - driving initiatives from discovery through delivery

As our Senior Product Manager for the Agentic initiatives, you will own Tellent’s transition from a System of Record to a System of Action. This is a high-impact, cross-product role: instead of being embedded in a single product team, you will operate across all three of our core products - Hire, Manage, and Grow - building the unified AI layer that connects them. You will own the agentic product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap, driving everything from Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure and specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) to action execution and external ecosystem channels like Slack and mobile. Your 12-month journey

  • First 3 months: Immerse yourself in the existing capabilities of Hire, Manage, and Grow. Establish a trusted operating cadence with the AI engineering team and build alignment with product PMs across our core areas. Deliver structural clarity to the immediate cycle work and take over the execution of our foundation layer.

  • After 6 months: Ship the foundational MCP infrastructure alongside our first wave of specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) into production. Establish clear evaluation methodology and quality loops to measure and define agentic adoption, moving from exploratory paths to predictable delivery.

  • After 1 year: The agentic foundation is adopted and driving measurable value across our customer base. About The Position: As the Sr. Director & Head of Architecture at G-P, you will be the visionary leader responsible for defining and executing the long-term technical strategy for our global products and AI platforms and influence technical decisions across the company. This is a high-impact, executive-level role that bridges the gap between complex engineering execution and high-level business objectives. You will oversee the evolution of our cloud-native ecosystem, ensuring our architecture is scalable, secure, and infused with cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of Architects. You will work in close lockstep with Product Management, Engineering to harmonize technology decisions across the organization, ensuring our investment in technology translates directly into market-leading customer experiences

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Technical Leadership: Define and strongly influence the execution of a target-state, AI-native architecture that supports both core software services and advanced AI Agentic behaviors.
  • Architectural Governance: Establish global standards for architecture consistency, ensuring all platform components maximize reuse and align with the long-term technology roadmap.
  • AI First thinking: Oversee the architectural design of complex AI systems, AI enablement strategies, data engineering, and governance controls. Ensure that these are integrated into a cohesive strategy and implementation.
  • Customer Centricity: Everything we do is to serve our customers. Understanding the customers and the business is the only way to build strategies for it’s success.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, scale, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
  • Security & Compliance: Define and create standards and governance mechanisms for software platform and infrastructure security to mitigate data breaches and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Trade-offs: Act as a coach and decision maker with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical trade-offs when creating business impact.
  • Innovation & Research: Serve as the ultimate “sounding board” for introducing new technologies, 3rd-party integrations, and open-source solutions to keep the platform at the forefront of the industry.
  • Reliability & Performance: Ensure system and infrastructure architecture results in high reliability, low latency, and minimal outages as a primary measure of organizational success.
  • Culture Builder: Help create a strong culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, building products and platforms with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity managing Architecture teams.
  • Extensive Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, especially AWS.
  • AI First Product & Tech Strategies : Experience  with building AI Native products and technologies.
  • Strategic Communication: Demonstrated ability to gain buy-in for large-scale technical shifts from both executive leadership and hands-on engineering teams.
  • Change Management: Experience leading architectural digital transformations within a rapidly growing or “unstructured” corporate environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze technology trade-offs through the lens of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is €160,800 - €201,000 plus variable compensation

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
