What You’ll Be Doing

Agency Brand & Reputation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy across Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist.

  • Build awareness and strengthen positioning across key markets in North America and internationally.

  • Shape messaging and narratives that differentiate our agencies from competitors.

  • Protect and enhance the reputation of the business through proactive communications.

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, industry publications, and key media outlets.

What You’ll Do

Brex is looking for a strategic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to design scalable, efficient customer marketing programs that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will identify and tell powerful customer stories that provide fuel for the Marketing and Sales teams. You’ll build an efficient and effective customer reference program that helps Sales find references to close deals. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our New York City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a customer reference program with a robust roster of customer references who can support reference calls with prospects
  • Identify strategic customer advocates and lead development of customer content, including case studies, videos, panel participation, and testimonials
  • Maintain a scalable library of customer proof points that support PR and thought leadership programs, campaigns, executive storytelling, and global industry events
  • Lead content development for customer speaker presentations for major events, webinars, and conferences, from sourcing speakers to speaker prep and execution

What You’ll Do

Brex is looking for a strategic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to design scalable, efficient customer marketing programs that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will identify and tell powerful customer stories that provide fuel for the Marketing and Sales teams. You’ll build an efficient and effective customer reference program that helps Sales find references to close deals. And you’ll help ensure a high volume of high-performing case studies, customer videos, event panels, and more, as well as manage customer logo rights that help Brex show strong social proof in marketing.

Where you’ll work This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a customer reference program with a robust roster of customer references who can support reference calls with prospects

About the Position

Murmuration is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Communications Strategy to lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact media campaigns. This leader will oversee campaign creative, digital content strategy, and performance-driven advertising in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. What You’ll Do

Digital & Creative Strategy

  • Lead the development of integrated digital and content strategies that support organizational and partner goals;
  • Conceptualize and oversee cutting-edge digital and media campaigns, including narrative strategy and creative concepts;
  • Translate strategic objectives into high-impact content across platforms including video, social media, digital advertising, and email; and
  • Lead the development of creative concepts, messaging frameworks, ad scripts, and direct-to-audience communications (including mail where applicable).

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Own the end-to-end process for paid media and digital campaigns, from concept to execution to measurement;

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content/digital strategy, creative leadership, or campaign management at an agency, political campaign, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization;

  • Demonstrated experience leading high-impact media campaigns with measurable results;

  • Proven ability to manage creative talent and external vendors effectively;

  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing digital storytelling, creative strategy, and performance-driven campaigns;

  • Deep understanding of paid media, digital platforms, content strategy, and analytics;

  • Excellent writing and messaging skills, with experience crafting scripts, digital content, and campaign narratives;

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; and

  • Experience translating complex data and performance metrics into clear insights for partners and stakeholders.

Location and Compensation

The Senior Manager of Content and Communications Strategy is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package (detail below), open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

The starting salary for this position is $212,623. We set compensation using market data and apply it consistently across the organization to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone in similar roles.
