TeamSnap is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will craft experiences that connect parents, coaches and players to make youth sports more fun. You will partner closely with product and engineer partners to drive features from discovery through execution. You’ll play a key role in establishing consistency, ease of use and innovation across TeamSnap consumer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms, considering market trends, customer feedback, and quantitative data.
  • Conduct user research and leverage insights to define product requirements, using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the ideation process.
  • Use a data-driven approach to tie design decisions to user research while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer or a similar role, building digital products with increasing responsibility.
  • Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
  • Experience in web and app development. Bonus points if you have experience with both B2B and B2C software.
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates the ability to turn high-level ideas and vision into a strong and unique UX and creative solutions with the success metrics to prove it.
  • Expertise in using Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Experience working in tight collaboration and influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams, with the ability to synthesize feedback and input from peers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and cost/benefit tradeoffs of different design solutions.

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $130,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. Who Are We Looking For?

Vestwell is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own creative execution across every channel and surface — from integrated campaigns and event experiences to web, email, social, and sales collateral. This is a high-ownership, high-volume role on the Marketing team: you will independently manage a multi-workstream design queue, bring a clear visual POV to every brief, and be the connective tissue between strategy and finished creative.

You will partner with Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and external vendors, while also running the design intake process that keeps the whole marketing org moving. The right person is equally at home concepting a campaign and shipping a co-branded one-pager before noon.

What Will You Be Doing? Design Creative Strategy

  • Experience building and maintaining design systems — you create reusable components, enforce visual consistency, and evolve the system as the brand grows

This role will be based in Vestwell’s New York office, and will be part of Vestwell’s hybrid in-office operation.

The expected base salary range for this position is a minimum of $95K - $105K, plus performance based bonus. This position is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our new AI team to help shape and ship a reimagined way of capturing your work and growth, aligned with your manager and the business. Our work spans both net new surfaces inside Lattice and the external tools our customers already work in.

This is a new, experimental team at Lattice making a different bet about AI. We’re figuring out what AI looks like when it’s truly built into how managers, employees, and HR leaders do their best work, and nobody has fully figured this out yet. We’re building this together, so we’re looking for someone who’s eager to rethink traditional roles and flex into whatever the work needs.

This role is perfect for designers who are experimental, energized by ambiguity, and want to help bring our AI vision to life, both inside Lattice and in the tools we integrate with. You think across multiple personas, care deeply about creating a great Lattice user experience guided by AI, and want to help us contribute to a cohesive system for AI experiences across the product. You’ll work side-by-side with Product, Engineering, Data, and customers to land experiences that are loveable, measurable, and scalable, and you’ll partner with engineering to craft and fine-tune the AI outputs themselves so they align with the ideal user experience. Because AI is deeply embedded across Lattice, you’ll build a strong understanding of our entire product suite and collaborate with designers across teams to make sure AI strengthens, not fragments, the jobs our customers are already getting done.

AI design skills

  • 3 to 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent designing and shipping AI-powered experiences (chat, agents, AI-assisted workflows) or adjacent domains where you’ve designed for unpredictable outputs.
  • A 0→1 mindset that lives close to the customer: you’ve brought new experiences to life by forming hypotheses, prototyping, validating, and iterating to a shipped product,  and you’re energized by working with design partners, first-customers and beta programs, ongoing dogfooding, and the heavy validation we do before GA.
  • Curiosity and a love of figuring things out: AI is going to keep evolving, and a lot of today’s best practices will be stale in a few months. You stay curious, experiment with new tools and patterns as they emerge, and treat every novel problem as an opportunity rather than a blocker.
  • Self-starting through ambiguity: autonomous and highly collaborative, comfortable driving your own discovery and synthesis with consultation from our research team, and willing to step into projects that are moving quickly and shifting under your feet.
  • An ability to think across multiple personas (managers, employees, admins, HR leaders) and help create a cohesive system for AI experiences across a broader product suite.
  • Experience designing for non-deterministic systems: you have a point of view on AI output quality and have shipped patterns for trust and graceful failure (hallucinations, confidence, citations, fallbacks, “I don’t know” states, human-in-the-loop), thoughtful output formatting and tone, and streaming/latency so experiences feel fast and legible even mid-response.
  • A POV on AI voice, tone, and persona: you can help define who the assistant is and keep it consistent across surfaces, so AI feels like a coherent character rather than a scattered set of widgets.

Core design skills

  • Experience designing within complex, multi-product workflows: you can design scalable, durable, complex workflows, identify where AI should meaningfully augment a customer’s job (or get out of the way), and slot new affordances in without breaking the broader experience.
  • UX craft: you shape problems before you solve them; identifying the real job to be done, mapping the edge cases that will matter at launch, and building clear mental models (matching them to AI when appropriate). You move fluidly from divergent exploration to a refined, shippable design, and you keep cognitive load low even when the underlying system is complex.
  • Advanced visual and interaction craft: you have a strong command of typography, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and responsive layouts, and you can produce high-quality UI that occasionally diverges from standard patterns when it elevates the product. You design detailed interaction patterns and partner closely with engineering on the quality of execution.
  • Proven success working with an established design system, reusing existing components and patterns, but you also have experience building new components and layouts where AI-native interactions require them.
  • A strong grasp of front-end implementation: you collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality execution of detailed interaction patterns

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges and design decisions.
  • A reliable and proactive partner for Product and Engineering, upstream and downstream: you think at a high level with your PM and engineering partners to shape the future of what your team owns, and you stay close throughout the build, bringing your team along and ensuring every detail ships in a high-quality way.

AI tooling skills & flexibility with role evolution

With the evolving landscape of AI tooling, we are looking for a designer who is willing to experiment and flex in new ways, and is eager to be part of our evolving product development process, comfortable with their role evolving over time. You should have:

  • A builder mindset: you’re comfortable prototyping, working in coding tools, and using modern AI tools (i.e. Claude, Cursor, coding agents) to accelerate how you work.
  • An interest in applying AI tooling to your design process to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and depth of thinking.

We’re looking for a visionary, brand-obsessed Art Director to join our Brand team at a leading financial services company. This person will be responsible for shaping the visual language of a complex, highly regulated brand ensuring creative output is consistently compelling, on-brand, and built for the real-world demands of a financial services audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Concept Development: Lead the ideation and visual development of integrated brand campaigns, from initial concept through final production. Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative directions that align with brand standards and resonate with financial services audiences.

Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in art direction within an in-house brand team, creative agency, or marketing organization

  • Experience working within or for a financial services, insurance, or other regulated industry brand is strongly preferred

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll independently drive and elevate the UX for critical and strategic features, often across multiple product areas or complex initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to proactively identify systemic problems, define visionary solutions, and deliver user-centered design strategies that drive significant, measurable business and user impact. You’ll also mentor and guide less experienced designers.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the end-to-end user experience within our products, often influencing product strategy. You’ll expertly craft intuitive and scalable user flows, design highly functional and elegant interfaces, and establish consistent design patterns across all product touchpoints. You’ll demonstrate a deeply proven ability to conceive, shape, and deploy highly impactful user experiences across entire product features, end-to-end journeys, and often, new product initiatives.

You’ll lead collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Content Designers, and Key Stakeholders. You’ll translate complex user insights and ambiguous product requirements into innovative, efficient, and effective design solutions that not only align with user needs and business goals but also anticipate future needs and drive product evolution. You’ll also be expected to influence cross-functional partners and advocate for design excellence at all stages.

    • Influence strategic direction alongside Product, Engineering, and Research leadership. Articulate complex design decisions with clarity, and mentor junior designers to uphold design excellence across the team.
  • Architect Scalability & Efficiency

    • Develop scalable, maintainable design solutions that optimize workflows, champion self-service efficiencies, and maximize product impact.
  • Drive Innovation & Future-Proofing

    • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI, generative design, and novel interaction paradigms. Lead research initiatives, challenge assumptions, and develop high-fidelity prototypes to explore transformative product experiences.

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, and/or the equivalent of 5-9+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing leadership in solving complex user problems, strategic thinking, influence on product direction, and measurable impact on launched products or significant features across various touchpoints.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools, with the ability to leverage them for advanced prototyping and complex system design.
  • Proficient in leveraging and evaluating research tools to independently drive insights.
  • Proven ability to independently plan, conduct, and synthesize a variety of user research and testing methods (e.g., ethnographic studies, a/b testing, advanced usability testing), translating insights into actionable design strategies.
  • Experience identifying research needs and collaborating with dedicated researchers.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Skilled at mediating discussions, facilitating workshops, and driving consensus.
  • Mastery of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and inclusive design, applied to complex, ambiguous, and strategic product challenges.
  • Ability to strategically articulate and persuasively defend complex design decisions, trade-offs, and their impact on business goals and technical feasibility to diverse audiences.
  • Extensive experience working within, significantly contributing to, and evolving comprehensive design systems, including defining new patterns, governance, and advocating for adoption across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.

Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000. Senior Product Designer

As a senior member of the Product Design team, you will help us redefine what’s possible with the way the world experiences the internet. You will focus on translating complex business problems into highly-intuitive design solutions and act as the user advocate throughout the product development life cycle. You will drive design strategy for our products, working closely with Product Management, UX Research, Engineering, and Client Services to bring world-class experiences to Fastly customers. What You’ll Do

  • You’ll partner with Product Management and UX Research to identify and ideate on design solutions to meet customer expectations and business requirements. Translate design solutions into navigation flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes. Continuously iterate over designs to improve the user experience.
  • You’ll partner with Engineers closely to evaluate design alternatives, ensure that solutions are technically feasible and reuse established interaction patterns and UI components when appropriate.
  • You’ll plan and conduct user research, including: usability testing, contextual interviews, task analysis and surveys. Share findings from research in a presentation setting.
  • You’ll improve upon the design system, making recommendations for new patterns and standardized practice.
  • You’ll stay at the forefront of advances in tools and processes in the design community and recommend improvements to Fastly processes.
  • You’ll provide mentorship and design guidance for other product design team members.
  • You’ll lead workshops with Product, UX Research, Client Services, and Engineering teams in design thinking, customer journey mapping exercises, and other brainstorming sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 7+ years experience designing workflows and interfaces for enterprise web applications or equivalent.
  • You have a strong design portfolio of work with a proven track record of creating end-to-end design solutions and creating intuitive interfaces for customers.
  • You are an effective communicator and problem solver who can present user research and design solutions in company-wide meetings.
  • You are skilled at explaining your design intentions to cross-functional teams and incorporating their feedback to improve your work.
  • You have experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools, including but not limited to collecting design feedback from customers or customer proxies.
  • You have expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, Claude Code, or similar design and prototyping tools.
