You’ll be joining the Expand Tribe, the powerhouse responsible for Gousto’s strategic growth. Our mission is to take the Gousto experience to new heights and new places. As a core member of the Tech Tribe Delivery Team (TDT), you will lead the charge on our most complex strategic initiatives.
Currently, the Expand Tribe is driving some of our most ambitious “WINs” (What’s Important Now), including:
Ireland WIN: Leading the tech workstream for our international expansion—a multi-tribe programme spanning various squads and functions.
Platform Migration: Driving our major platform migration project to ensure our tech is future-proof.
Gen AI: Shaping and accelerating one of our brand-new Generative AI squads.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will lead through influence, clarity, and credibility to deliver against the Tribe Strategy. Your role is built on three foundational pillars:
Programme Management: You are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major annual company bets. You’ll own the delivery structure across squads, tribes, and functions (including Digital Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial), translating strategic intent into outcome-driven plans while maintaining strong discipline without heavyweight process.
Strategy Operations: Partner with the Tribe Lead and TDT to connect tribe strategy to execution. You will shape quarterly planning to ensure priorities and capacity are realistic, align plans with tribe OKRs, and use data signals to surface risks and drive hard prioritisation decisions.
Enabling Effective Teams: You are accountable for how teams deliver. This involves identifying underperforming delivery systems, removing systemic blockers, and coaching Product and Engineering Managers on sequencing and flow to create a sustainable, high-quality environment.

A Proven Leader: You have a track record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives and digital products across the full delivery lifecycle without needing line authority.
A Master of Influence: You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, influencing senior stakeholders through clarity, data, and sharp judgement.
Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in the “grey area” and are comfortable creating structure and pace where it does not yet exist.
Problem Solver: You are confident identifying and fixing delivery problems directly and constructively, whether they are team-based or systemic.
Cross-Functional Partner: You have experience working seamlessly across tech and non-tech functions, including Marketing and Commercial.
